| Clarification Note: |
The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit has not attached the license of machinery by the Deptt. of Forest.
2. The unit has not submitted the air emission analysis report from the stack of the boiler installed by them.
3. The unit has submitted the CA certificate alongwith the previous application, wherein, the cost of total assets of the unit as on 31.05.2021 was Rs. 173.65 lakhs, whereas, the unit has now attached the CA certificate mentioning total cost of the assets as on 31.03.2022 is Rs. 105.85 lakhs. It is requested to submit the CA certificate of un-depreciated cost of assets.
4. The unit has not submitted the compliance of previous consent duly signed by the authorized signatory.
5. The unit is requested to deposit the consent fee for 05 years under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 as per policy of the Board.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 3 days so that the application can be processed further. |
