| Clarification Note: |
Application of the institute has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1) The institute has not deposited/ linked the consent to operate fee required under the Water Act, 1974.
2) As per record file of the industry, value of gross fixed assets of the institute was Rs. 90.44 lakhs as on 28.02.2018. Now, the institute has submitted certificate from the Chartered Accountant as on 31.03.2022 with total gross fixed assets of the institute as Rs. 223.37 lakhs. Accordingly, the institute is required to submit year wise value of gross fixed assets.
3) The institute has not deposited the NOC Regularization fee for increase in the gross fixed assets.
4) The institute has increase in its value of building head from Rs. 52.67 lakhs to Rs. 174.49 lakhs. Accordingly, the institute is required to submit fresh building plan approved by the Competent Authority.
5) The institute is nursing home and is require to obtain authorization under the Bio Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016.
6) The institute has not submitted details of solid waste generation and disposal in the application form and also not submitted compliance w.r.t. Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.
Kindly clarify the above, within 02 days.
