<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> May If approved the 'Consent to Operate under the provisions of the Water Act,1974 be granted up to 30/9/26 with suitable conditions as per the policy of the Board and additional conditions as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that the industry shall submit clearance from the CPCB through Sh. Gautam Uppal, owner of the plot in compliance with the orders of the Hon'ble NGT dated 06/12/2019 and 10/05/2019. EE RO may also request to visit the site within one month to verify the environmental laws if observed any violation and send the recommendation along with a recommendation. </span></p>
