The authorities has submitted that Railway Goods shed Gangsar Jaitu at Railway Station Gangsar Jaitu was commissioned during the year 1980 and undepreciated fixed capital investment of the project for obtaining Consent to Operate' was taken into account as invested during the time of commissioning of project i.e. year 1980. The authorities are requested to submit year wise gross block of fixed assets to adjudge adequacy of consent fee
2. The authorities are requested to submitt NOC regularization fee?
3. The railway authorities is requested to submit undertaking as to whether heavy loading and unloading activities are beimg carried out in its premises?
4. The authorities are requested to submitt proof with regard to commissioning?
