<p>Sir, <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">As per the record file, the industry was established after obtaining NOC of the Board vide no. RO/SGR/NOC/285 dated 16.07.2001 for manufacturing of rice @ 1.0 TPH. Further, the industry has submitted undertaking that no additional land is being added for installation of dryer plant and the expansion is carried out in the existing land. The industry had earlier submitted certificate issued from MC, Longowal vide its letter no. 527 dated 08/08/2022 in which, it is mentioned that the Khasra No. 105//19//20, 106//16, 106//17, 106//18 <strong>falls outside the MC limit of Longowal.</strong></span></p>
