| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry has not submitted certificate from concerned authority to judge whether the site is located outside Municipal limit of town/city.
2. The industry has not submitted air emission sampling report of it’s existing unit.
3. The industry has not submitted any agreement with M/s TLG Agro with regard to utilization of steam from it’s boiler. Further, there is no mention about whether the any enhancement has been proposed in boiler already installed in TLG Agro. Moreover, no agreement has been produced with regard to fixing responsibility for achieving prescribed emission standards of the Board.
4. The industry need to clarify the following
a. Whether the proposed expansion will be carried out in it’s existing unit.
b. Whether unit -1 and unit-2 as mentioned in project report/feasibility report are separate identity or part from the industry.
5. The industry need to submit approved building plan of existing unit. |
