<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Sir, it is submitted that directions u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide Board’s letter no. 5272-73 dated 04.11.2022 to disconnect the supply of electricity available to the colony and the colony was visited by AEE of this office on </span><span lang="EN-US">31.12.2022 and it was observed that the </span><span style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">supply of electricity available to the colony was found in-tact. </span></p>
