File Note: <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">It is submitted that the industry has freshly applied for obtaining Consent to Establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, under Green Category through OCMMS with required documents for manufacturing of Cardboard @ 2.5 T/Day by using Stubble (Parali) @ 3 T/Day as Raw Material.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry has deposited Rs. 1400/- online vide UTR/Ref.No. BARBR22365164823 dated 31/12/2022 as NOC fee and Rs. 500/- online vide UTR/Ref.No. BARBR22365165320 dated 31.12.2022 as application form fee. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: .5in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>The industry has submitted a report issued by DTP, Amritsar vide letter No. 1173 dated 22/11/2022, which reveals that the site of the industry, i.e. Khasra No. 76//3 in the revenue estate of village Varpal <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>falls in Industrial land use area as per the Master Plan of Amritsar (2010-2031). The industry has also submitted rent deed, registration deed, manufacturing process, project report and site plan/location plan etc.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>The proposed site of the industry was visited by undersigned on 13/01/2023 and observed as under:-</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">The site of the industry falls in the Varpal Road leading to the Amritsar Tarn Taran Road and site is located adjacent to the already existing brick kiln M/s Tilak Raj Vijay Kumar.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">The project was in the process of carrying out boundary wall of the site.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>It is further submitted that the industry falls in Green category in Small Scale sector and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer of the Board.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: red; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">In view of the above, and report of DTP the industry falls in industrial land use zone, therefore if approved, the consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 &amp; Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry under Green Category for one year with usual terms and conditions along with following special conditions:-</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">1. The industry will not operate without obtaining consents of the Board.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; background: white;">2. The industry at any stage will not generate any emission and trade effluent from its industrial premises.</span></p>
