<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">•Earlier, the industry was granted consent to establish (NOC) of the Board from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 vide no. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">CTE/Fresh/BTI/2021/17221350 dated 24.12.2021, </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">for Liquid Formulation @ 1 KLD, Granules / powder formulation @ 300 Kg/D and Bio Fertilizer and Bio Pesticides @ 1 Kg/D using raw material of Technical of concerned pesticides & solvents and (Bentonite Granules) + Biological Bacteria, with suitable conditions alongwith special condition that-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The industry shall make arrangements for forced evaporation of trade effluent to be generated by it during its activities.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">• Now, the applicant has applied for extension in validity of consent to establish (NOC) of the Board from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for Liquid Formulation @ 1 KLD, Granules / powder formulation @ 300 Kg/D and Bio Fertilizer and Bio Pesticides @ 1 Kg/D using raw material of Technical of concerned pesticides & solvents and (Bentonite Granules) + Biological Bacteria, with suitable documents.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">• The industry has submitted an undertaking that due to the health problem to his sister and thereafter her death, they have late to establish the plant and till the date they have not started their working in the industry. (Copy Attached)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">• The industry has deposited the NOC fee of Rs. 1800/- through online vide no. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">286371363 dated 23.12.2022 against the fixed <span style="color: black; mso-themecolor: text1;">assets of Rs. 56 lacs, which is adequate for one year.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">• The site of the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 12.01.2023 and it was observed that the applicant has completed the civil work at site, however, machinery has yet to be installed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that extension of consent to establish (NOC) may be granted to the industry for Liquid Formulation @ 1 KLD, Granules / powder formulation @ 300 Kg/D and Bio Fertilizer and Bio Pesticides @ 1 Kg/D using raw material of Technical of concerned pesticides & solvents and (Bentonite Granules) + Biological Bacteria,<strong> </strong>subject to the same terms and conditions.</span></p>
