The BKO was not operated during the period 01.02.2019 to 19/12/2019 except the period of 01/04/2019 to 30/06/2019 and attached the certified copies for stock of coal from Chartered Accountant for the period 01.02.2019 to 09/12/2019. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, 'sans-serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 60000/- E.C. fee vide R.no. 33/5348 dated 12.12.2022, for the operation of kiln during the months of April 2019, May 2019 and June 2019 which is adequate</span></p>
