<p>It is submitted that the industry was issued show cause notice along with an opportunity of h show cause in writing within 07 days.</p>
<p>The industry has now submitted its reply through online system and the same may kindly be perused.</p>
<p>The industry has submitted that there is no problem of flyash in the area now. </p>
<p>However, this office is receiving regular complaints regarding the problem of flyash in the adjoining areas.</p>
<p>In view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be afforded an opportunity of personal hearing before the Competent Authority.</p> |
