E- 87296 dated 29.09.2021.</span></p>

The project proponent has neither submitted any reply to the above showcause notice nor applied for consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.</span></p>

<p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 were given to the PSPCL authorities to restore the electric supply available with the industry temporarily for six months i.e. upto 22.12.2022 vide Board’s letter endst. no. 3813 dated 04.07.2022. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now, the project proponent has applied for fresh consent to operate under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 alongwith requisite documents which may kindly be perused.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The project proponent deposited Rs. 23900/- vide R. No. 189237658 dated 10.05.2022 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The total fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate upto 24.12.2026 after adjusting late fee / penalty under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 against the total cost of the project Rs. 15.46 lacs as per latest CA certificate submitted by the project proponent. The industry has submitted in its application form July, 2017 as date of commissioning of the project.</span></p>
