The case was scrutinized and the following observations were made:-
The industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. However, the industry has not submitted consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry is requested to deposit consent fee under both acts.
You are requested to submit reply to the above said clarification within 03 days.
