| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry has scrutinized and observed as under:-
1. The industry was previously granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 w.r.t. to C.A as on 30.03.2020 to the tune of gross of fixed assets of the Rs. 14.96 Crores and plant & machinery Rs. 10.36 Lacs. Now as per the current C.A certificate the gross of fixed assets is Rs. 24.96 Lacs and plant & machinery Rs. 20.36 Lacs. However, the industry has not submitted detail of additional machinery installed in this period in its premises. Kindly clarify.
2. Further, the industry is required to submit NOC regularization fee of Rs. 21,600/-
3. The industry is also required to submit/verify adequate consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 w.r.t. the changed slab of the industry @ Rs. 49200/- per year.
4. The industry is required to submit the proposal/PERT Chart for its conversation to ZLD prior to 31.03.2024 as per the decisions of the meeting held on 19.10.2022 under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble Minister Department of Science Technology & Environment.
