| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has submitted CA certificate mentioning the value of assets as on 31.03.2021, which is not latest. As such, the project proponent is required to upload latest CA certificate.
2. As per record file of this office, the permission from AERB was valid upto 20.12.2022, the project proponent is required to intimate the status of the same.
3. The project proponent has not uploaded a copy of building plan approved for the entity M/s Atulaya Healthcare Private Limited.
4. The project proponent has applied under ‘Red-other’ category. The project proponent is required to intimated the exact category of the unit.
5. The value of assets as mentioned by project proponent in column no. 6 (i) of the application form is not in consonance with the details mentioned in column no. 15 of the application form and CA certificate uploaded online.
Please clarify regarding above within 02 days, so that further action may be taken in the matter.
