<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 12pt 0in 0.0001pt; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;">It is intimated that the industry was earlier granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/SAS/2020/12011645 dated 16/03/2020 and under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/SAS/2020/12011632 dated 16/03/2020, which were valid upto 31/12/2022 for Eggs (Poultry Farm Birds) @ 54000 Numbers/Day, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 12pt 0in 0.0001pt; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;">Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS with requisite documents. The industry has submitted C.A. certificate dated 22.12.2022 mentioning cost of the fixed assets of Rs. 607.0 lakh. The industry had earlier deposited Rs. 1,50,000 vide R. No. 88/4880 dated 15.11.2018, under both Acts, which is adequate upto 30.09.2023.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin: 12pt 0in 0.0001pt; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;">The industry has now deposited Rs. 1,81,400/- vide online UTR no. AXSK223570002036 dated 23/12/2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. The consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31/12/2027 under both the Acts. The industry has submitted its compliance report of consent condition earlier granted to under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted compliance report of consent conditions earlier granted to it under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>

<p style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 18.4px; background: white;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The poultry farm is having 04 sheds. The size of the 02 sheds @ 450’x50’, 1 shed @ 460’x50’ and 4<sup>th</sup> shed @ 250’x50’.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 18.4px; background: white;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has installed one captive feed mill and consisting of grinding and mixing unit. The industry has installed cyclone as APCD.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 18.4px; background: white;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has installed one DG set of capacity 42 KVA, which is equipped with canopy.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 18.4px; background: white;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has provided dead birds’ burial pits adjoining toilets. During visit, foul smell was observed in the area due to dead burial pits were filled upto the neck of tank.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 0.5in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in; line-height: 18.4px; background: white;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has provided septic tank and also provided storage tank for washing effluent. The same is being transfer through pump in adjoining plot.</span></p>

The height of boundary wall in about 3’, which is quite small height and project proponent was advised to increase the height of the boundary wall to avoid the entrance of stray dogs.</span></p>
