You are requested to submit following documents:
1. Partnership Deed / Memorandum of Article of Association / Proprietorship certificate Resolution of Board of Director/partners regarding authorized signatory
2. Land documents such as Registration deed / Jamabandi / Rent deed / lease deed indicating details of the property.
3. Proof of date of commissioning of the unit.
Further, as per PPCB office order no.GPC/Guidelines-RS-SP/F.33/2011/227 dated 8.8.2011, the industry shall get its building plans approved under the provisions of section 3-A of Punjab Factory Rules, 1952.
You are requested to complete the application in above aspects.
