SEE(HQ)/F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 02.02.2016 has decided to extend the facility for auto generated renewal to all categories of small scale industries/projects without inspection/physical verification of the environmental parameters at the time of submission of such applications. A copy of said officer order is attached.</p>

However, it was granted Consent to Operate under Water Act, 1974 for service and repair of 15 no. vehicles/day and with special condition that the consent is issued only for service and repair, for which CLU has been issued to the service station by Department of Town & Country Planning, Punjab. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, it is recommended that the Consent to Operate granted to the service station under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 maybe renewed upto 30.09.2026 for service and repair of 15 no. vehicles/day and with special condition that the consent is issued only for service and repair, for which CLU has been issued to the service station by Department of Town & Country Planning, Punjab. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p> |
