File Note: <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is submitted that the project proponent was earlier granted Consent to Establish (NOC) under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>CTE/Fresh/SAS/2020/13567638 dated 29/09/2020 was valid upto 28/09/2021 for 50 Plots and 6 shops, subject to certain condition as mentioned therein.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the project proponent has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for 49 plots and 6 shops, alongwith requisite documents and fees. The project proponent has submitted CA certificate mentioning the cost of the fixed assets of Rs. 4.96 Crores as on 20/11/2022.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has deposited Rs. 35,100/- (Rs. 32,400/- under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 2700/- as NOC regularization fees) vide online R no. 498002727 dated 22/12/2022 and Rs. 32,400/- vide online R no. 673085640 dated 22/12/2022 under the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fees deposited by the project proponent is adequate upto 22/12/2025, under both the Acts. The project proponent has deposited additional fees of Rs. 4200/- as NOC regularization fees.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent had already submitted provisional regularization certificate issued by office of Deputy Director, Local Government, Patiala vide no. 289 dated 19.12.2019 and also<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>submitted permission granted by Municipal Council Kharar vide no. 1180 and 1181 dated 25.08.2020 for the disposal of Treated sewage and MSW, respectively. The project proponent has submitted its compliance report of NOC conditions earlier granted to it.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site of the project was visited by AEE of this office on 13/01/2023 and during visit, it was observed as under:</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; margin: 12.0pt 0in 10.0pt 1.25in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has completed entire structure work of all the plots (i.e. 49 plots) upto G+2 storied building and also completed structure work of 06 shops. The project proponent has developed green area within the project as per the layout plan. The some quantity of treated effluent is being utilized into green area and remaining is discharge into sewer.
