| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The industry is required to submit plantation area details alongwith earmarking details on map for utilization of treated effluent.
2. The industry is required to submit certificate from revenue authorities to the effect that no industry for which specific sitting criteria has been prescribed by Punjab Pollution Control Board falls within radius of 500 meter of proposed site. Further, no MAH unit falls within 250 meter and no air polluting industry falls within 100 meter of radius of proposed site.
The industry is requested to clarify the observations within 3 days to further process the application.
