<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 <span style="background: white;">for the production of Finished Mink Blanket @ 9000 nos/day, Carpet @ 600 nos/day, Quilt @ 200 nos/day and Bed Sheet @ 200 nos/day with the disposal of only domestic effluent @ 7.2 KLD onto land for plantation/horticulture in the green area within its premises after treated through STP.</span> The industry has deposited Rs. 72,000/- vide UTR. No. N363222266041829 dated 29.12.2022 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, which is adequate upto 30.06.2028. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in; line-height: 150%; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 16.01.2023 and observed that:-</span></p>

The domestic effluent is being discharged onto land for plantation/ horticulture in the green are within its premises after treated through STP.</span></p>

As per the results all the parameters are found within the prescribed limits of the Board.</span></p>
