<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"> The proceedings of the hearing held on 27/12/2022 has been conveyed to the industry (copy attached). In the hearing it was decided that Consent to establish (NOC for expansion) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to industry with condition that the industry shall explore the possibility of making agreement with M/s JBR Technologies Limited Focal Point, Ludhiana for disposal of effluent to be generated from phosphating process.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"> In view of above, it is recommended that Consent to establish (NOC for expansion) under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to industry for one year with suitable conditions and special condition that the industry shall explore the possibility of making agreement with M/s JBR Technologies Limited Focal Point, Ludhiana for disposal of effluent to be generated from phosphating process.</p>
