<p>Sir, the point wise reply of the observations is as under-</p>
<p>1.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Compliance report of environmental conditions in annotated form is attached.</p>
<p>2.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Month-wise detail of fly ash utilization is attached.</p>
<p>3.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Water balance statement for trade effluent is re-cycled back in the process is attached.</p>
<p>4.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The industry has carried out land reclamation of 25 acre as per MOEF& CC fly ash notification norms & guidelines and land reclamation quantity also mentioned in monthly Ash generation & utilization report. (Copy Attached)</p>
<p>5.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Copy of tender floated for purchase of paddy straw based terrified pellets to be used in the boiler furnaces is attached.</p>
<p>6.<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>The industry has issued LOI for FGD installation with NTP clause on 29 December 2019. However, the representative of the industry informed that the Ministry of Power issued notification dated 02 July 2020 to restrict imports from China. Therefore, Power China SEPCO1 (L1 Bidder) communicated their inability to execute the FGD project quoting aforementioned MOP notification and prevailing COVID situation in India. Hence, TSPL is proceeding with further steps in Consultation with PSPCL and other related parties for re tendering the FGD project.</p>
