<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; text-align: justify;">It is submitted that the report regarding the violations under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 has already been sent through separate note and the electrical connection of the industry was disconnected along with the imposition of Environmental Compensation of Rs 1 Lac.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; text-align: justify;">The compliance status and point-wise compliance report of decisions of Personal hearing w.r.t Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 has already been sent through E-noting no. 18685179 and is reproduced above as per which the electricity connection has been restored.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 70.9pt; text-align: justify;">The industry has not deposited Environmental Compensation of Rs. 1 lac as asked to vide letter no. 1560 dated 12.12.2022 till date. The further report w.r.t to Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 will be sent through separate note after the fresh visit.</p>
