The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent needs to deposit additional NOC fee amounting to Rs. 1600/- to make it adequate for 1 year.
2. The project proponent has not mentioned correct water consumption details and waste-water generation details in the application form.
3. The project proponent has not submitted allotment letter of the original plot holder.
