The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been observed as under:-
1. The Industry will generate trade effluent from the washing of vessels, floor washing, lab etc., however the project proponent has not submitted any details regarding trade effluent generation, treatment and disposal.
2. The manufacturing process involves heating at high temperature, however the project proponent has not proposed any thermopack/boiler, which need clarification.
3. The industry has not submitted compliance of consent to operate granted to the existing unit.
You are requested to submit the reply of the clarification within 2 days. |
