<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">1. Directions u/s 33-A of Water Act, 1974 may be dropped and <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>electric supply available to the industry may be restored <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>temporarily for six months.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;">2. Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>the industry for six months with special conditions as proposed <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>by JEE, please. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p> |
