While processing the application of the industry it was observed that at the time of NOC expansion the proposed cost of the project is about of Rs. 22.69 crore but after expansion, the industry has submitted its CA certificate mentioning the cost of fixed assets of Rs. 2262.40 lakh as on 15/11/2022. Therefore, the CA certificate showing the depreciation cost in gross fixed assets, which is not appropriate or justified. The analysis report submitted by the industry was also more than 06 months old. The industry is required to submit latest cost of fixed assets after expansion, within 03 days. |
