| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The industry is required to submit certificate from circle revenue officer/Tehsildar to the effect that there is no village Lal Lakir/ Phirni, MC limit and 15 pucca residential houses within periphery of 100m of industry and wild life sanctuary/zoo within periphery of 500m of industry.
2. The industry is required to submit classification of land use from Competent Authority.
3. The industry is required to submit details of manufacturing process/flow sheet.
The industry is requested to clarify the observations within 3 days to further process the application.
