CTOA/Fresh/RPN/2021/16090743 dated 21/06/2021, both are valid upto 30.09.2024 for operation of Crushed, Screening & Washing of River Bed Material aggregates @ 5000 CFT/day subject to the suitable conditions mentioned therein in the name of Sh. Narinder Sharma, Proprietor.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 72.0pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Thereafter, the Consent to Operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 was revoked/cancelled vide no. 946 dated 26.04.2022 due to the non-submission of the mining certificate as per the decision no. 02 of the personal hearing held on 31.08.2021 in light of the instructions issued by the Board vide letter no. 16536 dated 23.07.2021 for processing the CTE/CTO applications for stone crushers/screening/washing plants.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>Now, the unit has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of crushing, screening & washing of river bed material aggregates @ 5000 CFT/Day in the name of Sh. Aman Phutela, Proprietor </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Georgia; mso-bidi-font-family: Georgia; mso-font-width: 110%;">(with change of proprietor ship documents i.e. General Power of Attorney, Agreement of Sale of Assets and Partnership Deed) alongwith compliance of previous consent, undertaking regarding code of practice, mining slips and consent fee.</span></p>

Narinder Sharma has appointed, nominated and constituted Sh. Mandeep Singh as lawful special Attorney for him and on his behalf in respect of his stone crusher plant named and styled as M/s I.P. Stone Crusher. Further, the unit has also attached Agreement for Sale of Assets executed on 29.11.2021 between Sh. Mandeep Singh and Sh. Satish Ghanghas, Sh. Aman Phutela and Sh. Raj Kumar wherein, it has mentioned that Sh. Mandeep Singh has sold and transferred the specified assets of the plant to Sh. Satish Ghanghas, Sh. Aman Phutela and Sh. Raj Kumar. As such, it is clear that Sh. Satish Ghanghas, Sh. Aman Phutela and Sh. Raj Kumar are now the new/current partners of the unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 76.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Georgia; mso-bidi-font-family: Georgia; mso-font-width: 110%;">Further, the unit has submitted the slips of obtaining raw material from HP, verified by O/o Executive Engineer-cum-District Mining, Drainage cum Mining Division, Sri Anandpur Sahib dated 05.12.2022 regarding obtaining raw material from Himachal Pradesh through check post Khera Kalmot.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 2;"> </span>The unit has submitted the CA certificate dated 18.11.2022, wherein, the value of fixed assets of the industry as on 31.05.2022 is Rs. 31.50 lakhs with the value of plant and machinery Rs. 20.00 lakhs. As per the record file, the fee deposited by the unit under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 was adequate upto 31.12.2024. Now, the unit has deposited additional fee amounting to Rs. 14,500/- vide UTR No. YESB23082125477 dated 04.11.2022 under the Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 14,500/- vide UTR No. YESB23082126935 dated 04.11.2022 under the Air Act, 1981. As </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">such, the fee deposited by the unit under the </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;">Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 is adequate upto 30.06.2029 after adjusting penalty @ 50% as late application fee as per circular dated 29.10.2018.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"> <span style="color: red;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></span></p>
