However, the symmetry of flats in the entire project is same, which indicate that the entire project has been developed by the PP.</span> As such, the total built up area could not be calculated as no record of approved building plan has been submitted by the project proponent. The applicability of the Environmental Clearance could not be adjudged without the approved building plan.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be refused alongwith opportunity of personal hearing before the Competent Authority.</span></p> |
