<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Kindly refer the agenda note attached by AEE. Please note that AEE has written 25 TPH induction furnace in para 3 of recommendation column, by mistake.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">The industry has applied for fresh consents after installation of machinery for manufacturing of Ferrous Sulphate @ 600 MT/Year, Copper Sulphate @ 600 MT/Year and Zinc Sulphate @ 600 MT/Year. The clarification regarding no waste water generation has been discussed with the industry and detailed in the note of AEE dated 18/01/2023.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is therefore recommended that fresh consents be granted upto 30/06/2026 for Ferrous Sulphate @ 600 MT/Year, Copper Sulphate @ 600 MT/Year and Zinc Sulphate @ 600 MT/Year, subject to the industry mentioned in the note of AEE.</p>
