CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2022/19927985 dated 30.12.2022, valid till 30.06.2025 for manufacturing of Nickel & Zinc Plating Job Work @ 10 MTD with special conditions as under:</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent had applied fresh Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 which was refused vide no. CTOW/Fresh/SAS/2022/19927998 dated 30.12.2022 as the industry was not maintaining proper record of wastewater generation and disposal.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">Now, the project proponent has again applied fresh Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for manufacturing of Nickel & Zinc Plating Job Work @ 10 MTD along with requisite documents.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 4.91 lakh on 15.07.2022. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 7000/- vide UTR no. SBIN520260403760 dated 16.09.2022 under Water Act, 1974. After deduction of late fees, NOC fee, the consent under Water Act, 1974 is adequate till 30.06.2025.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has submitted rent deed made on 05.03.2021 between Karanpreet Singh and M/s Jai Maa Durga Industries as proof of date of commissioning.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The project proponent has made an agreement with Bantech Water Pvt. Ltd. for lifting & treatment of Electroplating effluent @ 2000 ltr. The project proponent has submitted approved building plan from competent person under Factory Act, 1948. The project proponent has submitted GST certificate as proof of proprietorship.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">The industry was visited by undersigned on 17.01.2023 and contacted Mr. Chander Devi, Wife of the proprietor Sh. Uma Shanker (9417839965). During visit, it was observed as under:</p>

During visit, 1200 ltr was found stored in the collection tank and around 1500 ltr water was found stored in the barrels. The industry is maintaining record of water consumption and waste water lifting and the record is as under:</p>
