<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">It is intimated that RO has reported that <span style="font-size: 16px; text-indent: -24px;"> </span>t<span style="font-size: 16px; text-indent: -24px;">he industry was telephonically contacted 2-3 times for the collection of air emission samples, but the industry owner informed that the furnace was not in operation; therefore the air emission sample could not be collected. The industry was asked to give a schedule for 01 weeks of operation of the furnace so that the air emission sample can be collected.</span></p>
<p style="color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">If approved renewal of CTO under the Air Act,1981 may be granted up to one year with the special condition that the industry shall submit the future operation schedule of industry in the office of the EE, RO SAS Nagar within 7 days. EE, RO may also be requested to monitor the pollution control device installed by the industry, verify the mode of disposal and verify compliance with the Environmental law and send the report along with the recommendation.</p>
