| Clarification Note: | Reply to the observations of PPCB is as under: 1. The project proponent has not submitted Proprietorship deed/ partnership deed. REPLY: Sir, I am the sole proprietor of the industry. I am in process of obtaining amended GST certificate and I am attaching my old GST certificate which reveals that I am the sole proprietor of the industry. 2. The project proponent has not mentioned manufacturing process in the feasibility report. Reply: Sir, there is no manufacturing process. The above industry is a assembling unit. The industry is assembling all the component of led bulb. 3. The project proponent has not mentioned what type of e-waste will be generated from the industry and how it will be disposed. REPLY: Sir, there is no E-waste generated. Defected parts returned to the authorized person where we purchased all the components for the assembling of LED bulb. 4. The project proponent needs to deposit additional NOC fees amounting to Rs. 700/- to make it adequate for 1 year. REPLY: Sir, additional NOC fee amounting Rs. 1400/- deposited. It is humbly requested to grant NOC of Punjab Pollution Control Board please. |
