Further, the project proponent has deposited additional CTE fees amounting to Rs. 700/- vide R no. 118052969 dated 14.01.2023 and Rs. 700/- vide R no. 917270847 dated 14.01.2023. The CTE fees is adequate for 1 year.</span></p>

The industry will submit revised GST certificate with address of plot no. F-278, Phase-8B, Mohali mentioned on it.</span></p>

The industry will submit approved building plan from the competent person under Factory Act, 1948.</span></p>

The industry shall not generate and discharge any kind of trade effluent/ emissions.</span></p>

The industry shall not start the manufacturing activity untill it obtained consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 from the Board.</span></p>
