<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the note and recommendation given by RO .</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">It is intimated that the PP was granted ‘Consent to Establish’ vide no. CTE/Fresh/SAS/2021/15870543 dated 27/12/2021, which was valid upto 31/08/2022 name “Royale Estate Affordable Housing” in an area of 21.706 acre for development of Residential Plots (in nos.) @ 468, EWS plots (in nos.) @ 55, Commercial Area (in acres) @ 0.53, School Area (in acres) @ 0.501 and Public Building Area (in acres) @ 0.685 for population 2526, generation of DE @ 254 KLD, mode of disposal with pumping system onto land for plantation after treatment with proposed STP of capacity 500 KLD—on land measuring 3.58 acres and Green area of 5532.053 sqm under Karnal Technology with suitable conditions along with special conditions </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> It is intimated that Now PP has applied for a CTE extension </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">RO has reported that The project namely Royal Estate Affordable Housing is located adjoining another project of the promoter company, i.e. Chandigarh Royal City project, both projects are intermingled with each other and there is no boundary between the projects separating each other, As such, it is not possible to ascertain the actual boundaries of both projects, individually, around 40-45 families have started residing in this project and around 30-35 houses are under construction, PP has not maintained the fresh water supply, PP has installed an STP of capacity 500 KLD being commissioned and another STP of capacity 500 KLD is under construction in the affordable housing project. All the utilities, such as freshwater, stormwater, sewer lines, etc. are common for both projects and wastewater is to be combinedly and treated in both the STPs, as informed by the representative . The project proponent has currently done a plantation in an area of around 01 acres for utilization of treated effluent onto land for plantation. PP has not applied partial CTO under Both acts.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If approved CTE applied by PP be further extended for one year i.e. up to 31.08.2023 with special conditions as proposed by EE, RO. The additional condition may be imposed that </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> 1)The project proponent shall submit the layout plan of the project showing the land measuring 3.58 acres and a Green area of 5532.053 sqm under Karnal Technology along with the khasra nos. on Aksh Sajra Plan so as to freeze in the record of Revenue Department, so that area can not be used for expansion in future.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2) The PP shall install the smog gun to control the dust emission to be generated from the construction activities of the project.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> 3)The industry shall obtain the necessary clearance for the abstraction of groundwater from the Punjab Water Regulation & Development Authority (PWRDA)</span></p>
