Further, as per the analysis report of the sample collected on 17.09.2022, the concentration of the various parameters within the permissible limits prescribed for such type of discharge.</span></p>

During the visit, the industry was found complying with the conditions of consents earlier granted under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981. Since, the industry is a medium scale orange category unit, effluent sampling of the industry is required to be carried out once in a year as per the policy of the Board.</span></p>

Renewal of Consent to operate under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 has been recommended upto 30.09.2026 for the manufacturing of same capacity for which earlier consents were granted.</span></p>
