The application of the industry has been scrutinized and following observations are noted:-
1. The industry has not attached compliance of EC conditions in annotated form .
2. There is decrease in Calcium oxide generation despite no change in product and raw material , Reason?
3. The solid generation column is incomplete, no data of ETP sludge entered , no record of its disposal , generation etc attached.
4.No record of flyash entered
5.No compliance of PH hearing decisions held on 4.10.2022 in annotated form attached .
6.Reason for increase in fixed assets not attached.
7. Map depicting total plantation area not attached .
The unit is asked to submit the reply of above observations within 1 day please.
