R.O has reported that PP has not properly developed a minimum buffer of 15m green belt of broad leaf trees towards the air polluting industry (i.e. M/s Nidhi Pipes Ltd.), the boundary of which is located within 100 m from the boundary of the project, as per State Govt. Notification no. 3/6/07/STE(4)2274 dated 25/7/2008. At present, the project proponent has developed only approximate 8 m green belt towards air polluting industry. Accordingly, SCN for refusal of CTO applied under the Air Act, 1981 has been issued on 18/1/2023. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; background: white;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">It is intimated that R.O reported that it is construction project and has obtained E.C for 900 flats, previous CTO under the Water Act, 1974 for 638 flats, now applied varied CTO under the Water Act, 1974 for 732 flats. P.P has submitted a extended bank gurantee of Rs5 .0 upto 29/12/2023 for assurance of the environment laws, RO has also monitored the STP and as per analysis results, all the parameters found within prescribed limits of the Board.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; background: white;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">May if approved, the CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 may be grnated upto 31/3/2024 with special conditions as proposed by E.E, RO and additional condition may also be imposed that PP shall comply with the decisions of hearing held on 4/8/2022 issued vide Board leter no. 4519-20 dated 22/7/2022 in true letter and spirit. E.E RO shall request to visit the site of the project as per protocoal framed by the Board for decide the bank gurantee of Rs. 5.0 Lacs to verify the compliance made by the P.P regarding decisions of hearing dated 4/8/2022, verify mode of disposal and verify compliance with other Environment Laws accordingly.</span></p>
