CTE/Exp/LDH4/2022/18752342 dated 06.08.2022 is valid upto 05.08.2023.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 18.4px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">Now, the industry has applied varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS and the industry has installing one dryer @ 10 TPH and increase gross value of fixed assets in the industry. The industry has deposited Rs. 48000/- vide UTR no. 000130809147 dated 02.01.2023 under Water Act 1974 and Rs. 48000/- vide UTR no. 000130666219 dated 29.12.2022 under the Air Act, 1981 which is adequate upto </span><span style="text-indent: 0.5in; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">5.03.25 after deducting NOC fees</span><span style="text-indent: 0.5in; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; color: red;"> </span><span style="text-indent: 0.5in; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">against the gross value of fixed assets Rs. 1865 Lacs and plant & machinery Rs. 752.07 Lacs as on 03.10.2022.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 18.4px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">To verify the facts, the industry was visited by the undersigned on 17.01.2023 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">The industry was in operation during the visit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">The industry has installed one hand made mixer plant for manufacturing of cementitious tile adhesives & grout product. The raw material and the product is in powder form only.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;"> Apart from above ,the industry has installed one automatic mixer plant which is attached with dust collector / bag filter house as APCD alongwith adequate stack height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">The industry has installed one DG set of capacity 250 KVA, which is provided with acoustic enclosure alongwith adequate stack of height.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">The industry has also installed a sand dryer using fuel as LDO/HSD fired which is equipped with cyclone followed by bag filter house as APCD along with stack of adequate height . However ,during visit the dryer section was not in operation and stack emission sample could not be got collected .</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">There is no generation any trade effluent and only domestic effluent is being generated.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">7.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">The industry has installed STP of capacity 05 KLD for treatment of domestic effluent and is being discharged into green belt to be developed in the premises. The effluent sample from the outlet of the STP was collected by the officer of this office on 7.12.22 and as per the analysis result ,the concentration of particulate matter is found to be pH= 8 ,TSS=13 mg/l ,TDS=1253mg/l ,COD=60 mg/l ,BOD=12 mg/l and oil grease=BDL which are with in prescribed standards .</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">8.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">The industry claims that it falls under small scale ,however the plant and machinery of the industry is more than 5 crores i.e 752.07 lacs .Further the MSME notification dated 1.6.20 regarding the scale of the industry is under consideration with the board .</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;">In view of above ,it is recommended that varied consent to operate under the Water Act ,1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30 .09.24 And under the Air Act ,1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.23 </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;">after consideration of the scale of the industry small or medium with special condition</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;">that ;</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">The industry will gets its stack emission sample analysed from the Boards lab with in one month .</span></p>
