<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 106%;"><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-language: EN-IN;">It is intimated that SCN for refusal of renewal of CTO applied under the Water Act, 1974 alongwith an opportunity to submit reply within 7-days has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 383-84 dated 18/1/2023 <strong>(copy enclosed)</strong>.<strong> It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the industry and send the receipt of the same to this office. He is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry w.r.t. notice and requested to explain its position to why the industry was not monitored during the consented perod earlier granted to it and send fresh recommendations so as to enable this office to decide the application. </strong></span></p>
