CTE/Fresh/MNS/2022/17974225 dated 23.02.2022 valid upto 22.02.2023 for the establishment of Cotton unit for the production of <a name="_Hlk124949109"></a>Cotton @ 10.2 MTD and Binola @ 19.5 MTD, with suitable conditions mentioned therein.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Now, the industry has applied for obtaining the fresh consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for the production of Cotton @ 10.2 MTD and Binola @ 19.5 MTD by using raw material Narma @ 30 MTD through online on OCMMS under the Green Category.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry has deposited the consent fee of Rs. 32,000/- <a name="_Hlk79572731"></a>through online vide R.no. 12540254 dated 24.12.2022 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>32,000/- through online vide R.no. 23211972 dated 24.12.2022 under the Water Act, 1974, which is adequate upto 31.12.2027 against the fixed assets of Rs. 108.61 lacs under the green category.</p>

The point was compliance of measures adopted for control of noise and air emissions in ginning section in compliance to the MoEF notification dt. 30.08.2005 is attached in tabulated form.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="text-indent: -18pt; font-family: Wingdings;">Ø<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="text-indent: -18pt;">The industry has provided septic tank for the treatment of domestic effluent with a provision to discharge its treated effluent onto land for plantation as well as irrigation along the boundary.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 0cm; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">Ø<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US">Keeping in view of the above, if approved Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry </span>for the production of Cotton @ 10.2 MTD and Binola @ 19.5 MTD by using raw material Narma @ 30 MTD <span lang="EN-US">for a period upto 31.12.2027 subject to the suitable conditions along with special condition that the industry will comply with the MoEF notification dt. 30.08.2005 for the control of noise and air emissions in industry.</span></p>
