However, the industry has installed complete machinery for peas processing plant, along with ETP as well as boiler. But, due to no market demand, the processing plant has not been made operational at the site, yet and only cold storage unit is being operated. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 8.05pt -2.3pt .0001pt .5in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">As, the industry has installed complete infrastructure for peas processing plant at the site, as such, the renewal of consent to operate has been recommended for grant of consents for operation of cold storage as well as processing plant.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; mso-pagination: none; text-autospace: none; margin: 8.05pt -2.3pt .0001pt .5in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Further, the trade effluent shall be generated only as and when processing plant is made operational at the site and in this regard, a special condition was proposed to the effect that:</span></p>
