CTE/Fresh/HSP/2020/11877782dated 11.03.2020 valid upto 10.03.2021 for Hotel with 58 Rooms, 1 No Banquet hall with capacity of 1000 persons, 3 No Banquet hall with capacity 300 persons each &amp; 1 no. restaurant with capacity 200 persons.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">Now the industry has applied for fresh obtaining consent to operate under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 54000/- vide UTR no 000686863771/- dated 14.10.2022 under Water Act, Rs. 540000/- vide UTR no. 000686868181 dated 14.10.2022, Rs. 18000/- vide UTR no. 000686860306 dated 14.10.2022 as NOC regularization fee, Rs. 36000/-<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>vide UTR no. 000686862634 dated 14.10.2022 as increase fixes assets fee and Rs. 500/- vide UTR no.000686872605<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>dated 14.10.2022 as application form fee</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2023. The industry has uploaded compliance of earlier granted NOC, latest CA Certificate, feasibility report, Completion certificate of STP, site plan &ndash; location plan, Lease deed, dimensional drawing of ETP, Change of land use certificate, approved map.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">The site was visited by officer of this office on 19.12.2022 and observed that the hotel was not in operation during the visit. The hotel has provided 58 rooms, 01 banquet hall for 1000 person capacity, 03 banquet hall for 300 person capacity, 01 restaurant of 200 person capacity.&nbsp;The hotel has installed STP to treated the domestic effluent, during visit, there was no flow of effluent at its outlet.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>Hence, the effluent sample could not be collected. The hotel has installed two no. DG sets of capacity 125 KVA and 380 KVA which is equipped with canopy. There is no generation of trade effluent from the Hotel and only domestic effluent is discharged onto land for plantation and horticulture. The hotel has submitted slips regarding to disposed of MSW in MC dump site. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted 30.09.2023 with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that the hotel shall submit the effluent analysis report from the Board Lab within 03 months. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">(competency SEE)</span></p>
