CTE/Fresh/SAS/2022/19013917 dated 05/07/2022, having validity upto 22/06/2023, for establishment of brick kiln for manufacturing of Bricks @3420000 Number/Year as products, subject to certain conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">Now, the industry has applied for fresh ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Bricks @3420000 Number/Year as products, along with requisite document. <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 150%; margin: 0in .2pt 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has deposited Rs. 9500/- vide UTR R. no. 805364246 dated 10.01.2023 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 7200/- vide R. no. 427740302 dated 10.01.2023 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has requested to considered the excess fee @ Rs. 1800/- deposited vide R. no. 514531721 dated 16.06.2022 at the time of obtaining ‘consent to establish’, to be adjusted in the fee under the application for ‘consent to operate’ under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Thus, the consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 30.09.2027 for both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 24.33 Lacs on 09.01.2023.</span></p>
