<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">It is intimated that industry was granted Consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/HSP/2021/17485929dated 14.12.2021, which was valid upto 13.12.2022. Now the industry has applied for consent to establish (NOC) for extension under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has deposited Rs. 11300/- vide R.No. 887388533 dated 10.01.2023, which is adequate for one year. The Indus<a name="_GoBack"></a>try has uploaded request letter and earlier granted NOC along with fee detail. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">As per the proposal and approved zoning plan, the total area of the wood park is 55.9895 Acres. The total industrial plots in this wood park 26 Nos. and 2.5 Acres of area has been reserved as Green Area and road side plantation. As per feasibility report submitted by the project proponent, after the development of all the 26 no. industrial plots, the tentative generation of 98.5 KLD and STP of 125 m<sup>3</sup>/day has been proposed to be setup for treatment of domestic effluent. The STP will be based on MBBR Technology comprising of bar screen, oil & grease trap equalization tank MBBR Tank, Tube Settler, pre-filteration tank, MGF, ACF and sludge drying beds. The industry has proposed to dispose off treated domestic effluent onto land for plantation to be developed in 2.5 Acre area, comprising of green zone and plantation along the roads. The site was visited by officers of this office on 07.12.2021 and observed that the project proponent has earmarked the boundary of the proposed wood park. One No. DG Set of 125 KVA (with canopy) Capacity has been proposed by the project proponent for office use. No construction activity has been started at the site. The site is suitable for such type of establishment. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">The industry has submitted a request letter vide dated 22.12.2022 regarding non-completion work of project in stipulated time period and grant extension in validity of consent to establish for one year.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white; mso-bidi-language: PA;">In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended for one year to the project proponent with suitable terms and conditions and with special condition that :</span></p>
