IOBAN21029236462 dated 29/01/2021 (linked with App. ID. 15161591) under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 31/03/2024. Now, the project proponent has deposited Rs. 21600/- vide UTR No. SBIN222160157653 dated 09.06.2022 as late fee / penalty under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 21600/- vide UTR No. SBIN222160153055 dated 09.06.2022 as late fee / penalty under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Total fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate upto 31.03.2024. </span></p>

PWRDA/07/2022/L2/413 dated 29.07.2022 regarding permission of abstraction of ground water @ 245m<sup>3</sup>/day / 7350m<sup>3</sup>/month subject to suitable terms and conditions mentioned therein.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">As such the project proponent is complying with the conditions of the Environment clearance as well as consent to operate earlier granted to it under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, except that project proponent has not yet provided mechanical composter for composting of the biodegradable component of the solid waste. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that the application of the project proponent for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be renewed for upto 31.03.2024 subject to suitable conditions as per earlier consent granted by the Board.</span></p> |
