<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -27.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The unit was not in operation. The representative of the industry informed that as FCI has stopped its operations for time being therefore milling is not being done.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -27.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 1.0in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The industry has installed paddy processing machinery including 2 pneumatic rulla, 3 polisher etc. The dust emitting point have been covered and attached to the cyclone ( APCD).</span></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 130%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Keeping above in view, if approved, the consent to operate applied under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30/09/2028 for Processing of </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">Processing of Paddy @ 3 T/Hour to Raw Rice @ 2 T/Hour (without Drier) </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 130%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">with suitable conditions alongwith the following special conditions as under:</span></p>
