CTE/Mod/FGS/2018/7432400 dated 01/05/2018 valid upto 30/04/2019 for manufacturing Frozen Vegetables, Vegetables Patty & Tikki @ 25,000 MTA </span><em><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; font-style: normal;">subject to the special condition that the NOC is valid for modernization of unit by installing new beans processing unit, chiller unit of capacity 2000 MT alongwith secure compressor in its existing premises without any change in its production capacity</span></em><em><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">.</span></em><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> At the time the NOC was granted for discharge of 344 KLD treated trade effluent and 35 KLD domestic effluents as per the project details submitted by the industry</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The current application suggests discharge of trade effluent @ 160 KLD and domestic effluent 12 KLD including sundry consumption (172 KLD)</span></p>

The industry has submitted its clarification and also has submitted that the average discharge as per flow-meter is about 170 KLD (Total) which is not theoretical.</span></p>
